Investment Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Proxy Voting Analyst to support proxy voting operations, ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities. This role combines investment operations, governance support, and automation projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end proxy voting process, including monitoring, reconciliation, and vote execution.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support ESG stewardship and corporate governance activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, custodians, and external vendors.
• Contribute to process improvements, workflow documentation, and automation initiatives using Power BI and Power Platform tools.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment operations, data analysis, asset management, or a related area.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with reporting, process improvement, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of proxy voting, ESG, stewardship, or corporate governance.
• Experience in investment operations or asset management.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience working in Agile or project-based environments.
