With over 15,000 deliveries completed and a brand-new flagship store opening soon, we’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, upbeat, and creative team member to help us make magic happen behind the scenes (and sometimes on the floor!).

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented who takes pride in their work and loves helping people celebrate life’s special moments.

Must-Haves:

✔ Positive Attitude – You bring good energy and make customers feel welcome.

✔ Great Communication – You’re comfortable talking to customers in person, on the phone, and over live chat.

✔ Detail-Oriented – Balloon bouquets require precision!

✔ Responsible & Reliable – You show up on time and follow through.

✔ Team Player – You’re happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

✔ Comfortable on Your Feet – You’ll be moving, lifting, and standing most of the shift (up to 30 lbs).

✔ Tech-Savvy – You can use mobile apps, messaging platforms, and basic computer systems (like Google Sheets) with ease.

Bonus Points If You:

✰ Have a G License and comfortable doing local deliveries (not required but highly valuable).

✰ Have experience in retail, events, or production.

✰ Are creative and love DIY or design-related tasks.

✰ Are interested in long-term growth within a fast-moving company.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Create stunning balloon bouquets and help prep personalized orders.

✔ Assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone with product inquiries and orders.

✔ Monitor inventory and keep the shop organized and stocked.

✔ Help coordinate with our delivery drivers to ensure timely, smooth deliveries.

✔ Support store operations including restocking, cleaning, and processing payments.

✔ Occasionally assist with local deliveries in the neighbourhood

✔ Contribute ideas and feedback to help us grow and improve!

Requirements

✰ Legally eligible to work in Canada

✰ Comfortable standing and working with your hands for extended periods

✰ Available at least 2 days per week (weekends a bonus!)

✰ Reliable and professional demeanor

✰ Must love balloons and be okay with some sparkle and glitter 😉
