Job Summary:
Reporting to senior regional leadership, the Regional Manager oversees multi-site operations within a designated territory. This role emphasizes quality service delivery, operational consistency, and strong client relations, while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
As a central member of the Operations team, the Regional Manager will:
- Oversee service delivery across multiple client sites, ensuring alignment with contractual and quality expectations
- Conduct structured site visits and assessments to ensure operational standards are met
- Act promptly and professionally to address client concerns and requests
- Coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams, contractors, and client representatives
- Manage daily operational logistics, staffing, and service delivery schedules
- Monitor and manage site-level inventory and equipment usage
- Support execution of ad hoc service requests from client facilities
- Recruit, train, and onboard team members as needed
- Promote organizational values through professional conduct and leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and site-specific safety/security requirements
- Review service reports, quality inspections, and operational audits; follow through on action items
- Maintain and adjust service schedules in alignment with client needs
- Oversee workforce scheduling, coverage, and time-sensitive resource adjustments
- Foster interdepartmental coordination and communication across regional operations
- Monitor team performance, support employee development, and apply disciplinary measures when appropriate
- Maintain adherence to operational budgets and cost-efficiency standards
- Support business development activities, including responding to service inquiries
- Safeguard both company and client assets in line with risk management guidelines
- Report and escalate health, safety, or security incidents as per company protocol
- Participate in emergency preparedness and response as needed
- Carry out additional duties or projects as assigned by leadership
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in operations or a related service field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal English; bilingual capabilities are an asset
- Proven ability to interpret and execute service contracts, duty lists, and operational procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operational software tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to adapt and respond quickly
- Familiarity with service-related equipment and tools (training provided where required)
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a broader team
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires regular mobility including sitting, standing, walking, and communication
- Use of hands and arms for handling tools, devices, and office equipment
- Occasionally required to lift items up to 15 lbs
- Visual acuity required for reading and inspection tasks
Work Environment:
- Combination of office-based work and regular site visits
- Travel within the designated region is required, including extended periods of driving
- Noise levels vary depending on site but are generally moderate
