Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a mixed skill team, strengthen reliability and ensure smooth daily operations in a demanding manufacturing environment. This is a replacement role, ideal for someone who wants to build capability, improve processes and drive long term uptime. Visa sponsorship and relocation support is available.

You’ll be responsible for

• Leading, coaching and developing a multi level maintenance team, building trust and consistency
• Improving preventative and predictive maintenance using CMMS insights
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively
• Managing key KPIs such as downtime and CMMS compliance
• Collaborating with Production, Engineering and Quality to support installations and continuous improvement

You’ll need

• Minimum seven years manufacturing maintenance experience with strong technical grounding
• Early career hands on experience plus proven leadership
• CMMS experience as essential, ideally including systems like FIIX
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a root cause mindset
• The ability to coach, motivate and influence a varied team

Location: This is a full time on site role in Langley, British Columbia. Some weekend or on call cover may be required.
