We are looking for an Intermediate Land Development Engineer within our Infrastructure sector. You will work on diverse land development projects across the Alberta region and Canada, benefiting from a robust mentorship network to support your professional growth. Responsibilities

• Assistant project management duties with the opportunity to grow into a project manager role
• Complete conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design tasks for land development infrastructure projects
• Prepare technical specifications, memoranda and permit approval applications
• Participate in site inspections
• Perform contract administration tasks
• Liaise directly with clients, government, and regulatory authorities to address specific project needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligible for licensure with APEGA
• 7+ years of experience working in the land development infrastructure field.
• Past experience working as a site inspector during construction for infrastructure projects will be considered an asset
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
