Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Position Description CGI is Canada's leading independent IT services firm, and we are continuing to grow! As we expand in Atlantic Canada, we are looking for your expertise, passion, and commitment to join our team. We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders, define requirements, implement Salesforce solutions, and optimize systems to drive organizational success. Your future duties and responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and document user stories for Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration and data management.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and training efforts for Salesforce solutions.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates and recommend system enhancements.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce development tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of local industries (e.g., healthcare, government) is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
