Mill Creek Painters is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Calgary. This role is for someone who knows how to sell, wants control over their income, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment. We provide a mix of inbound leads and systems, but top performers generate their own opportunities and consistently close. What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting homeowners and property managers to provide painting estimates
• Presenting services and closing deals in person
• Following up on inbound leads and converting them into booked projects
• Generating your own leads through referrals, networking, and local outreach
• Managing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
• Representing the Mill Creek brand professionally in the field

Requirements
