Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is looking for a creative and strategic Digital Experience Strategist to join our in‑office team in Regina, SK. The Digital Experience Strategist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of website content for products and promotions, maintenance of Brandt websites, developing and collaborating to create the visual presentation, layout and functionality of the website, and the overall website experience. Marketing strategy for online tactics and new applications will also be a part of this role. This role will also serve as a web advisor to the Brandt marketing team, and reports to the Manager of Web Content.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Work with and collaborate on establishing web style guidelines, templates, designs, and standards to ensure consistency with brand image and content standards.
  • Optimize, improve, and create web features, designs, and functions.
  • Ensure the website is easy to use, and the information is easy to access.
  • Track, plan, and optimize data-driven improvement initiatives, proposing and contributing ideas for pages, promotions, user journeys, designs, content, or site sections during strategy planning and performance discussions
  • Ideate and brainstorm with various teams to create the best possible website experience.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure online advertisements are linking and measured correctly on website.
  • Create and implement personalization, personas and website user journey strategies.
  • Create and acquire content for new products, programs, promotions, divisions, and new web layouts while maintaining consistent branding.
  • Conduct keyword research, identify and leverage organic opportunities, and optimize on-page SEO. Implement SEO strategies, optimize existing content, create new content based on keyword research, and track/report outcomes.
  • Work with marketing team members in updating news, testimonials, events, and company locations.
  • Manage new, discontinued, and existing product information to ensure content is up to date.
  • Work with business stakeholders to determine product information and development needs, documenting requirements in clear and easy-to-understand language.
  • Monitor & maintain schedule for all web and design work with various vendors, technology staff, and marketing.
  • Assist in the testing of website development initiatives.

What We Look For

  • Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Web Design or a related field — or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience management, or web design.
  • Strong background in developing and executing data‑driven website strategies that improve performance and support business goals.
  • Hands‑on experience managing websites using CMS platforms (Kentico and Drupal preferred).
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including on‑page and technical optimization (SEMrush experience is an asset).
  • Experience mapping customer journeys and improving engagement across digital touchpoints.\
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), user‑flow analysis, and strategies that increase conversions.
  • Ability to design and implement personalized website experiences using personas, segmentation, and behavioral data.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify digital growth opportunities.
  • Strong grasp of web design principles, responsive design, and UX/UI standards.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and content formatting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with designers, content contributors, and technical teams.
