Join our dynamic IT team and play a key role in supporting our offices in Ottawa, Kanata, and Gatineau – while contributing to national IT initiatives that keep our entire organization connected and efficient. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support to our three offices in the Ottawa, Kanata, and Gatineau region, responding to incidents and service requests with a client-focused approach.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary, to ensure minimal disruption for our teams.
  • Document IT systems, procedures, and all resolution activities in our ticketing system.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on systems, servers, and network-connected equipment.
  • Participate in key IT system deployments and solution implementation projects across Canada.
  • Collaborate on process improvements and system enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and contribute to the equipment renewal cycle.

Your Profile

  • Professional or advanced diploma in IT Administration, Networking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, to support colleagues across Canada.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, VMWare, and ticketing systems.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and eager to continuously improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Customer service mindset – you enjoy helping people and providing an exceptional user experience.
