Notre client est un chef de file dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial, avec un portefeuille de propriétés à travers le Canada.
Responsabilités
- Rédaction de baux commerciaux, lettres d’intention (LOIs), amendements et autres documents juridiques liés à l’immobilier
- Suivi, mise à jour et gestion des bases de données de baux
- Négociation de certaines clauses avec les locataires ou leurs avocats
- Coordination avec les équipes de location, développement, finances et affaires juridiques
- Soutien à la conformité contractuelle et à l’optimisation des processus de location

Exigences
- Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement dans un rôle similaire (administration de baux, parajuriste en immobilier ou autre)
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais (rédaction et communication)
- Fortes compétences en rédaction et souci du détail

- Maintaining and updating lease databases
- Negotiating lease terms with tenants and legal representatives
- Coordinating with internal teams across leasing, development, legal, and finance
- Supporting legal compliance and efficient lease administration processes

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in lease administration, paralegal services, or real estate legal support
