We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Branch Manager to lead our Regina branch operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, driving sales growth, managing team performance, and ensuring operational excellence. While experience in the fire protection industry is considered an asset, we welcome candidates with strong leadership and sales backgrounds from related industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations including all local team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Drive business development and sales initiatives to expand market presence and client base.
- Oversee work order scheduling and execution, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
- Spearhead recruitment of technicians and office staff for the branch.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment through coaching and mentorship.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.
- Responsible to build up the branch in terms of culture, safety, reputation, sales, and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a manager leadership role, preferably in operations, sales, or project management.
- 3+ years of experience in a related industry (fire protection, construction, mechanical services, etc.).
- Sales background with the ability to solicit and drive local sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales.
- Track record of success in building and nurturing high-performance teams through mentorship, clear communication, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Asset to have experience in the fire protection industry.
- Asset to have technical knowledge of fire safety systems and regulatory requirements.
