Are you ready to help bring one of the world's most iconic live service horror games to millions of players? We're currently seeking a Release Manager to join the Dead by Daylight team.

As a Release Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the certification and release process for Dead by Daylight across multiple platforms. Working closely with Producers, Associate Producers, Marketing, Brand, Live Operations, and external first-party partners, you will ensure that submissions are delivered on time and meet platform requirements. In this role you will :

  • Coordinate the submission and certification process for chapters, DLCs, game updates, and other content releases across multiple platforms, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Partner closely with Producers and Associate Producers to create release plans, track milestones, manage risks, and communicate release status to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with first-party partners for submission-related topics, managing communications and helping resolve certification issues when needed.
  • Oversee platform-specific deliverables, submission requirements, and release documentation while maintaining clear visibility on release readiness.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Associate Producers, Marketing, Brand, Live Operations, to support release planning, chapter and DLCs launches, pricing, regional availability, and launch activities.
  • Contribute to the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of release management processes and best practices.

What we're looking for :

  • 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Production, Project Coordination, Live Operations, or a related role within the video game or software industry.
  • Experience supporting software, game, DLC, or content releases through structured delivery and certification processes; experience shipping a game is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of first-party platforms and submission tools such as Steamworks, Microsoft Partner Center, PlayStation DevNet/FQAWeb, Nintendo portals, or Epic Online Services.
  • Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Miro, and Microsoft 365.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced live service environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
