Looking for a person with decades of life experience. They must have great English skills, with the ability to have serious conversations with other people. This part time job can grow into being full time and is the ideal position for someone that is currently position challenged, forced to retire, over-qualified, or just looking for something different. The position is fully remote allowing you to work from a home office (can work for accessibility challenged). As you work remotely the position is performance based, so you manage yourself. As a benefit you can also work on your schedule, working around family events, or other priorities.

Skills & Experience

• Ideally, you'll have decades of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Human Resources, Customer Service, Team Leadership, Management, Sales or Talent Acquisition.
• It's important to have a real passion for learning & personal development and helping people with their careers.
• We're looking for someone with great English communication and relationship-building skills. If you can give a good presentation, that's even better!
• You should be self-motivated and really want to grow in this role.
• We need someone who enjoys working with individuals to guide and mentor them.
