As a licensed Condominium Manager (Community Manager) you will be responsible for the relationship management with our clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
  • Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
  • Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes.
  • Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of high-rise residential and/or property management experience
  • Real estate and Property Management License in Alberta required
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act of Alberta
  • A positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client service
  • Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients’ expectations
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to property management
  • Salary is dependent on experience and size of portfolio being managed
