Manager / Senior Manager -Business Valuation

We are seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing valuation practice. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead complex valuation engagements, oversee client relationships, and contribute directly to the development of both our people and our practice. What you’ll do

• Oversee and manage valuation engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring high-quality, defensible analyses and reports.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and providing clear, actionable insights.

• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering technical growth and professional development.

• Review financial models, valuation analyses, and deliverables prepared by the team.

• Contribute to business development, including preparing proposals, participating in client pitches, and identifying new service opportunities.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance valuation methodologies, processes, and technology-driven solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, or related financial advisory work.

• Strong knowledge of valuation standards and methodologies (income, market, and asset-based approaches).

• CBV designation strongly preferred; CFA, CPA, or equivalent credentials considered an asset.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple engagements, manage teams, and meet client deadlines.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to business growth.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; exposure to automation or coding tools (Python, R, SQL, VBA) is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex valuation concepts clearly.
