Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Maintenance Solutions Department (MSD) within our Global Manufacturing Excellence Organization.

MSD is responsible for providing maintenance technical consultations, towards best-in-class maintenance organization through conducting selective maintenance assessments, turnaround assurances and deploying cutting-edge technologies and best practice across Global Manufacturing portfolio.

Your primary role will be to provide technical expertise pertaining to the development and deployment of programs that aimed at evaluating the contracts management across the Global Manufacturing portfolio and provide value adding improvement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Develop and deploy value adding programs that assess the facilities performance in contracts management
  • Review and analyze facilities performance for continues improvement
  • Assist in establishing guidelines for integrated contracts management processes
  • Conduct frequent assessments to facilities in term of contracts management, planning, procurement and administrations
  • Support organization in developing business plans for programs deployment
  • Provide improvement recommendations pertaining to contracts management
  • Collect and analyze relevant data of facilities performance and ensure accuracy and consistency, to monitor their performance and issue frequent maintenance benchmarking reports
  • Implementing new approaches and strategies to improve facilities performance
  • Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Key Performance Indicators for contracts management
  • Develop contracts management assessments framework and processes and conduct Maintenance health assessments in line with organization objectives.
  • Benchmark organization’s performance to identify gaps then set sustainable plan to close the gaps.
  • Assist the organization in development and deployments of other maintenance programs with relevant experience in contracts.

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate you will hold a:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10 years of contracts management in Oil & Gas industrial environment
  • Experience in contracts advisory, assessing and evaluating contracts management performances
  • Familiar & experienced with contracting process.
  • You should be experienced in developing assessments programs in the field of contracts management.
  • You should be experienced with contracting processes, procedures, practices and tools.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal & communication skills to carry out the assessments
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
