Digital Product Designer [209620]

Our banking client is looking for a Product Designer. This role will be focusing on the portfolio management experience, shaping a new tool for reporting solutions and connecting with cross functional partners, driving discovery and prioritization of features, visioning, workshops and mentoring other designers on the team. Candidates must understand of system thinking, Figma, Mural or any other collaboration toll like Miro. As well as a good understanding of how to apply design systems. Must Haves

• Facilitation of workshops, successfully launched products in the past. Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear design direction. Strong storytelling and executive communication skills. Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor or Master’s in HCI, Design, UX Design, or related fields. Strong storytelling showing why decisions were made, not just what was designed.
• Experience incorporating AI solutions into complex systems.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly. Keeping discussions focused. Keeping conversations constructive. Reading the room.
• Experience with financial or banking tools a plus
