Job Description We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Lévis, Quebec, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. As a Burner-Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting metal plates using an oxyfuel cutting system. What you’re responsible for:

• Inspect equipment at the start of each shift
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and report any anomalies to your immediate supervisor
• Analyze the work environment before using the torch to cut oversized metal parts according to department requirements
• Proceed with dismantling while respecting the integrity of the metals in order to maximize their value
• Keep the premises clean at all times
• Perform any other related tasks as requested

QualificationsTo join our team:

• You have at least two years of experience in metal cutting
• You have a good knowledge of metals (an asset)
• You are well aware of occupational health and safety (OHS) rules
• You are in good physical condition and have good manual skills
• You are independent, methodical, and proactive
• You are diligent, conscientious, and demonstrate good judgment in your work
• You are comfortable working in a noisy, dusty environment exposed to variable outdoor conditions (heat or cold)
