Project Coordinator

A home is the largest investment most people will ever make in their lives. Not just financially. It's where they'll raise their kids, host every holiday for the next thirty years, and build the life they actually want to live. Most people only get to do this once. We get to help them do it right.

We build luxury custom homes across Calgary's best communities, and we're looking for one person to join our team. Not fifty applicants to fill a quota. One person who is genuinely excited about the opportunity in front of them.

Here's the truth: we're a small, fast growing company, and small companies can't afford average people. Every person on our team needs to care about the quality of their work more than almost anyone we could hire from a bigger, slower organization. If that sounds intense, it is. What you'll actually work on:

• Permits, and learning how to move a project through the system efficiently, faster than most people in this industry ever bother to learn
• Trade coordination, working directly with the electricians, roofers, and designers actually building these homes on site
• Invoicing and the financial mechanics of running a project properly, so you understand not just how a home gets built, but how it gets paid for
• Building better internal tools and systems. If something is inefficient, we expect you to fix it, not complain about it. You'll have real ownership over how projects get run, not just admin tasks handed down to you
• Helping shape our client experience, the small details and touchpoints that turn a construction project into something a family actually remembers fondly
• Full exposure to how a luxury home actually gets built, start to finish, including the parts most junior hires never get close to: budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and problem solving on site when something inevitably goes wrong
• As you prove yourself, the opportunity to take on more, faster than you would almost anywhere else. We don't believe in making people wait years to earn responsibility

What we care about: We don't care where you went to school or what your resume says. Some of the best people we've worked with had no industry experience at all. What we care about is whether you're sharp, whether you take ownership without being asked twice, and whether you actually want to do great work. If you're looking for an easy job, this isn't it. If you're looking to prove what you're capable of, this is exactly it.

Why this matters: Small teams move fast, and the people on them grow fast too. You won't be one of a hundred coordinators. You'll be one of very few people who understand this business end to end, and that's rare. Most people don't get that kind of exposure until much later in their career, if ever.
