Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator (Learning Experience Designer) to support the development, migration, and delivery of high-quality eLearning products within their Global Learning Academy. This role sits within the Digital Innovation team and works closely with Instructional Designers, UX professionals, Editors, SMEs, and clinical teams to support the full lifecycle of eLearning development.
This is a hands-on, technical, and production-focused role ideal for someone with strong LMS experience, deep knowledge of Articulate products, and an eye for accessible, user-centered learning design.
Roles and ResponsibilitieseLearning Development & Production
- Build, update, and enhance eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise 360.
- Translate storyboards and scripts from Instructional Designers into high-quality, interactive learning experiences.
- Ensure all learning products meet AODA and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, SCORM compliance, and best practices in adult learning.
LMS Administration & Course Migration
- Upload, configure, test, and troubleshoot courses within the Docebo LMS.
- Support a large-scale migration of eLearning content from Moodle to Docebo.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure course performance, usability, and technical accuracy.
User Experience & Documentation
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize the learner experience and improve platform usability.
- Develop user guides, help documentation, and short screencasts using Camtasia or SnagIt.
- Provide front-end support to ensure smooth course deployment and learner navigation.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Work with Evaluation Specialists to support creation of feedback tools and outcome assessments.
- Analyze learner feedback and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in eLearning development, LMS administration, or learning technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 (required).
- Experience with Docebo or Moodle preferred; experience with other LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Blackboard, Canvas, Litmos, SAP SuccessFactors) considered highly transferable.
- Strong understanding of SCORM, AODA, WCAG 2.0, and learning technology standards.
- Experience performing QA/testing on eLearning modules.
- Ability to create technical documentation and multimedia support materials.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
