Our client is a leading organization operating within the financial services sector, focused on operational excellence, data-driven decision‑making, and continuous process improvement.
About this Opportunity:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Operations Specialist (Level III) to support day‑to‑day operational issue analysis, exception processing, and business analytics activities. This role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to identify operational trends, and skill in supporting process and procedural improvements.
This position is onsite 5 days per week and requires candidates who can start as soon as possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze daily issues within the business unit, including researching and resolving operational exceptions.
- Assist in coordinating the implementation of operational solutions, products, and services.
- Support the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new procedures, workflows, and operational processes.
- Provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
- Develop a deeper understanding of business products and operations.
- Build strong working relationships with internal partners and teammates.
- Inspect data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes and support decision‑making.
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong business analytics capabilities, including trend identification and data interpretation.
- Demonstrated customer and client focus in operational environments.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented operational setting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience within financial services or operations‑focused environments.
- Prior involvement in exception processing, workflow optimization, or business process documentation.
