Team Structure & Scope

You will direct a multidisciplinary team of 15–25 professionals through a layer of experienced managers:

1. Managing complex outgoing flows and premiums.
2. Oversight of recoverables, collections, and technical accounting.
3. Navigating internal flows and comprehensive financial reporting.

The team is a stable blend of veteran subject matter experts and high-potential talent. Your objective is to modernize the foundation by implementing robust documentation, performance metrics, and professional mentorship.

Candidate Profile

• Credentials:CPA Designation is mandatory.
• Industry Expertise: A proven leadership background within the Insurance or Reinsurance sectors is essential.
