Key duties
- Update and maintain aircraft library to ensure accuracy and compliance; control distribution of company publications.
- Perform logistical tasks including tracking, control, and coordination of aircraft-related operations.
- Resolve and respond to internal/external customer inquiries in writing and verbally.
- Liaise with internal and external customers and support departmental staff as needed. - coordinate when aircraft is coming from maintenance, recover manuals
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, even under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Administer and comply with Company Policies, Government Regulations, Collective Agreements, and procedures.
- Maintain a flexible and accommodating approach to support team and operational needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to operational issues and changing priorities.
- Prepare to work in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- May perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School graduation;
- Minimum 2 years office experience;
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Knowledge of aircraft terminology, an asset;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar;
- Aptitude for math;
- Aptitude for accuracy and detail;
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
- Employment is subject to meeting Transport Canada security requirements and obtaining a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and an Airside Vehicle Operator's Permit (AVOP). Please refer to Transport Canada site for more details;
