Job Description We are currently seeking motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Saint-Augustin, Quebec from Tuesday to Saturday starting at 9 a.m. or 3-2-2-3. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service. What you’re responsible for:
- Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch
- Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etc
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
- Providing our customers with excellent customer service!
QualificationsTo join our team:
- Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures
- Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Additional Information Schedule to be discussed Several schedules possible:
- Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- 3-2-2-3 (12 hours per day)
