Ahiri is a contemporary womenswear brand creating elevated pieces for women who move seamlessly between ambition, creativity, and everyday life. We believe every touchpoint, from product to campaign to customer experience, should feel intentional, refined, and emotionally resonant.

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Designer & Content Strategist to help shape and execute Ahiri’s brand, content, and marketing presence across digital, social, retail, and customer touchpoints.

This is not solely an execution-focused design role. It requires a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will contribute to content, campaign, and marketing strategy while creating compelling creative work that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and business results.

Key Responsibilities:Brand, Content & Campaign Strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop seasonal campaign concepts, launch strategies, content pillars, and marketing initiatives that support brand and business objectives.
  • Own and maintain content calendars, launch plans, promotional strategies, and customer engagement initiatives across all channels, ensuring initiatives are strategically planned, communicated and executed on schedule.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, emerging content formats, and cultural insights to inform creative direction and marketing opportunities.
  • Help define content priorities and storytelling opportunities across product launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand moments
  • Analyze content and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization, audience growth, and increased engagement.
  • Prepare and present bi-weekly and seasonal performance reports, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively identify content, campaign, partnership, and marketing opportunities that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.

Content Creation & Production

  • Concept, plan, and produce graphic and video assets across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, paid media, stories, reels, and other emerging platforms.
  • Concept, budget, shoot, direct, edit, and deliver short-form video content for social media, digital advertising, and campaign storytelling using both professional and lightweight production setups.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to develop shot lists, production plans, content needs, and asset requirements for launching campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage content production from concept through final delivery, ensuring all assets align with brand standards and deadlines.

Design & Creative Execution

  • Design and produce digital marketing assets including social graphics, paid advertisements, website assets, landing pages, promotional materials, and campaign creative.
  • Develop and execute static and video advertising creatively optimized for performance across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Design and maintain retail marketing assets including signage, packaging inserts, event collateral, point-of-sale materials, and in-store visual communications.
  • Design and produce seasonal lookbooks, line sheets, presentation materials, brand guidelines, and other digital and print collateral

Copywriting & Editorial

  • Write and refine copy across all customer-facing channels including social media, newsletters, paid advertising, website content, product descriptions, campaign messaging, and marketing communications.
  • Support the development of seasonal campaign narratives, launch messaging, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communication channels.

Email Marketing & Customer Communication

  • Strategize, concept, design, and execute newsletter campaigns
  • Develop modular email design systems that can be adapted across product launches, promotional periods, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen marketing initiatives.
  • Design newsletter structures, visual storytelling frameworks, content hierarchies, and customer journeys that support engagements and conversion objectives.
  • Collaborate on email marketing strategy, segmentation opportunities, and campaign planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the design & brand team to understand product details, storytelling, and creative direction
  • Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with brand voice and visual identity
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external marketing partners
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing and leadership teams to rapidly develop, refine, and deploy creative assets based on campaign performance, testing insights, and evolving business needs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, responsiveness, and a willingness to adapt priorities during key launches, promotional periods, and seasonal campaigns when timely creative execution is critical to business success.
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and act independently in a fast-paced environment

Budget Management

  • Own and manage the content creation budget, ensuring strategic allocation across channels to support business and revenue goals
  • Plan, forecast, and track content performance on a bi-weekly and seasonal basis to inform resource allocation and future investment decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to align budget decisions with sales targets, inventory priorities, and key product launches
  • Establish clear performance benchmarks and reporting frameworks to evaluate content effectiveness and inform future investment decisions

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, content creation, marketing, or a related creative role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across branding, social content, digital marketing, editorial design, and visual storytelling
  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, initiative and accountability
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience concepting, shooting, and editing video content.
  • Exceptional visual design, typography, and layout skills
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
  • Experience working within fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both creative excellence and business objectives
