You Are: You are a senior health strategy leader with a deep understanding of Canada’s health system and the forces shaping it across public and private sectors. You bring experience advising senior executives on enterprise-wide strategic decisions and transformations, helping organizations define where to play, how to win, and how to transform in an increasingly complex and constrained environment. You have a strong track record delivering strategic advisory services across areas such as:* Corporate and growth strategy
- Strategic and multi-year planning
- Care model and service delivery innovation
- Workforce strategy and operating model design
- Public-private collaboration and ecosystem strategy
- Mergers, acquisitions, and partnership strategy You are comfortable operating at the intersection of policy, strategy, operations, and innovation, translating system-level dynamics into actionable strategies for ministries, health authorities, providers, payers, and other private sector health organizations. Your experience is rooted in the Canadian health system and has been further shaped through consulting and advisory roles supporting both public and private sector clients. You are adept at navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and guiding senior leaders through transformational change. You are curious, outcomes-driven, and motivated by the opportunity to help health organizations re-think how care is delivered, funded, and enabled for the future. The Work: As a Senior Manager within Accenture’s Canadian Health Strategy & Consulting practice, you will lead the design and delivery of high-impact strategic advisory engagements across the health ecosystem. You will:* Lead end-to-end strategy engagements, from framing the problem through to executive-level recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Advise senior leaders on enterprise strategy, growth opportunities, transformation agendas, and portfolio optimization
- Support clients in reimagining care delivery models, including integrated, digitally enabled, and community-based models of care
- Shape strategies related to workforce reinvention, organizational design, and capability building
- Support M&A, partnership, and ecosystem strategies, including due diligence, ingegration planning and execution, and partnership design
- Collaborate across Accenture’s Strategy, Consulting, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver holistic, executable strategies
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and position Accenture as a long-term strategic partner
- Contribute to business development, including pipeline development, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and client pitches
- Strengthen Accenture’s market presence through thought leadership, points of view, and participation in internal and external forums
- Mentor and develop Consultants and Managers, building strong teams and future leaders Basic Qualifications:* 10+ years of experience delivering strategy and advisory services within healthcare and/or public sector environments.
- Demonstrated experience across corporate strategy, growth strategy, transformation, or operating model design.
- Experience working with senior executives across public sector health organizations and/or private sector health companies.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian health system and its evolving challenges and opportunities.
- Proven ability to lead complex engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong relationship management and client leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Ability to travel as required.
- A University Degree is required for this position Professional Skill Requirements:* Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
