We Make Executives Famous in their Niche

64 Stories makes eight and nine-figure B2B founders famous in their niche by building a content flywheel for them and their businesses. We turn 1-hour of video from content interviews and podcasts into 64 pieces of content that establishes thought leadership and drives business growth. We're building an 8-figure agency, and this is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An Associate at 64 Stories will be a versatile team member who thrives in a dynamic environment while supporting internal operations and client success.

You'll work directly with our CEO/Founder to manage content coordination, client preparation, and executive support. This role combines strategic content work with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly transition between writing compelling content, managing client accounts, and ensuring organizational excellence. You'll coordinate workflows within ClickUp, create engaging content across multiple formats, and serve as a key liaison between creative teams while maintaining the executive calendar.

You understand the importance of both strategic thinking and flawless execution, taking pride in being the reliable backbone that keeps operations running smoothly.

IDEAL SKILL SET:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities with talent for creating clear, engaging content across various formats and platforms.

Exceptional organizational skills with experience in project management systems, particularly ClickUp, and proven ability to coordinate complex workflows efficiently.

Proficient in content scheduling and social media management with understanding of how to align content with business objectives.

Detail-oriented professional with strong calendar management and executive support capabilities who can anticipate needs and proactively address challenges

Analytical mindset for account reporting and performance tracking with ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE:

MBA degree with minimum 2+ years of agency experience in content, marketing, or client services roles.

Demonstrated experience in content coordination and workflow management with familiarity in project management tools.

Background in account management or client support with proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership.

Experience creating and managing content across multiple channels with understanding of content strategy principles.
