Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking an IT Organizational Change Management consultant for a 14+ month contract position starting in May. The right person will be able to work onsite in Regina.

The OCM consultant will help with the delivery of multiple technology initiatives including content management, workflow tools, M365 and office productivity tools, and a mass migration of data.

• 5+ yrs in OCM role for delivery of large scale, complex technology programs
• Experience in modern change management practices related to technology
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without direct author
• Prosci Certification or similar
• Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles is nice to have
• High adoption rates of new technologies is nice to have

• OCM strategy
• Stakeholder analysis
• OCM tactical plans including sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communication, learning and enablement, change risk, measurement, and business readiness
• Coordination of the execution of change plans
• Transition and sustainment plans
• Change Strategy Development
• Impact and Readiness Assessment
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Plans (in detail)
• Training & Enablement Strategies, plans and reporting
• Resistance Management Strategy
• Measurement of Adoption Metric reporting
• High adoption rates of new technologies
• Minimal productivity loss during transition
