• Supervising a team of Field Operations Supervisors and an administrative assistant.
• Developing and implementing collection strategies and contingency plans.
• Analyzing and producing reports on the progress of collection activities.
• Responding to and resolving complaints.

Job Locations and Requirements

• Western Positions: Locations include Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and more.
• Eastern Positions: Available in various locations in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.

To qualify, candidates must:

• Be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of the respective regions.
• Hold a post-secondary degree in social science, statistics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
• Have experience in project management and resource management.
