I am a BACP-registered and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. My practice integrates Person-Centred Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and CBT, with over 1,000 clinical hours supporting adults (16+) across a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and domestic violence. I work in both face-to-face and Telehealth settings with clients in the UK and internationally.
