About The Role The Business Analyst role at Belron Canada is a strategic position responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes and systems to support the company's growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role involves evaluating existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the definition of technical and business requirements. The Business Analyst will participate actively in project delivery, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and technical standards. Responsibilities also include managing product backlogs, prioritizing features based on business value, and supporting change management initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes and digital applications to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results. Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems and technology, computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in software system analysis, particularly ERP systems and digital applications
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and business process analysis techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML)
Responsibilities
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support partners in defining business and technical requirements and solutions
- Formulate recommendations to optimize business processes, systems, and application solutions
- Participate in the implementation of recommendations by collaborating with relevant teams
- Analyze and model business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Maintain and develop comprehensive business documentation
- Act as a liaison between users, IT partners, and service providers in collaboration with management
- Ensure the successful delivery of initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap
- Build and manage product backlogs, prioritizing functionalities based on business value
- Balance activities to deliver business value while considering IT constraints and external partners
- Support users during testing phases to ensure solutions meet specifications
- Provide post-implementation support and monitor the impact of changes
- Participate in change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions
- Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and building trust within the team
