Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winnipeg, MB for a Site Superintendent. The Site Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and handling any on-site issues that arise. Additionally, the Site Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with clients and delivering regular progress updates.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role in construction management (5 years minimum)
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing site-related challenges
• Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
