About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our client campaigns, interacting directly with customers inside retail stores. You’ll represent various products and services, answer questions, and guide shoppers through the campaign experience—all while learning the fundamentals of consumer sales and brand promotion.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent top-tier brands through live, in-store campaigns
• Initiate conversations and build rapport with customers
• Promote and explain product features, offers, and benefits
• Track performance and meet daily/weekly sales targets
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign rollouts
• Maintain a professional image and a positive attitude in every interaction

Qualifications:

• No previous sales experience needed—full training provided
• Comfortable engaging with people face-to-face in a retail setting
• Must be available to work on-site in Vancouver, BC
• Full-time availability is ideal, but part-time roles may be considered
