Production Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team. In this role, you will produce accurate, print-ready sign layouts based on customer specifications and internal standards. You will manage proofing and approvals, prepare files for production, and ensure all artwork meets quality and workflow requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

·        Apply standard sign templates, layouts, and specifications

·        Send proofs to customers for approval

·        Revise artwork based on customer feedback and approvals

·        Verify spelling, sizing, colours, and compliance before print

·        Coordinate with production staff to ensure print accuracy

·        Prepare digital files for print runs

·        Keep files and paperwork organized within an existing workflow

Requirements:

•        Design education or equivalent hands-on experience in digital print, signage, or production design

•        Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a solid understanding of vector and raster workflows

•        Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

•        Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing tasks

•        Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
