Insurance Sales Producer As an Account Executive with Western Financial Group, you will be provided warm leads from our website to sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products. Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided by the company
- Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
The value you bring
- General Level 1 License an asset, however we will provide training and support to unlicensed candidates

- A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
