Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Winnipeg, MB. The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of employees, and ensure adherence to company standards. The role involves training and motivating staff, maintaining inventory, providing excellent customer service, and proactively addressing any operational challenges. The Supervisor will work to create a positive shopping experience and maintain a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including experience in training and supervising staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and customers
• Organizational and multitasking skills for inventory management and operational efficiency
• Customer service and problem-solving skills to deliver an outstanding in-store experience
• Basic knowledge of retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is an asset
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
