Role Description This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Architectural Technologist and Housing Designer located in Regina, SK. The role involves creating detailed architectural, construction, and working drawings, developing technical designs, and collaborating with clients and team members to bring residential projects to life. Other responsibilities include ensuring design accuracy, adhering to building codes, and incorporating client feedback into innovative and functional designs. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Technical Drawing
• Expertise in preparing Working Drawings, Architectural Drawings, and Construction Drawings
• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and other team members
• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT design software
• A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Previous experience in residential design is an asset
