Turn 17 Garage is the Western Canadian importer and dealer for Rush Auto Works and the Rush SR Sports Racer. We deliver premium motorsports experiences, professional trackside support, race series coordination, and performance parts, safety gear, and tire sales across Western Canada.

Location: Calgary / Carstairs, Alberta

Position Overview

The Motorsports Support & Sales Coordinator is the primary customer-facing role at Turn 17 Garage. This position is responsible for delivering a seamless experience across:

  • Trackside and race support
  • Performance parts, safety gear, and tire sales
  • Rush race series coordination
  • Vehicle sales support

This is a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for someone with real motorsports experience who understands racing culture, track operations, and performance automotive products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers booking trackside and race support
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Deliver a professional, high-energy presence at track events
  • Manage on-site hospitality and overall customer experience
  • Represent Turn 17 Garage and Rush SR with professionalism and enthusiasm

Trackside & Race Support

  • Assist in coordinating trackside support operations
  • Ensure customers understand event schedules, service levels, and expectations
  • Support drivers with logistics
  • Help maintain an organized and professional trackside environment
  • Assist in track side mechanical support

Parts, Safety Gear & Tire Sales

  • Manage performance parts, safety gear, and tire orders from inquiry through delivery
  • Coordinate tire logistics for track days and race events
  • Communicate pricing, availability, and timelines clearly and accurately
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal team members to ensure timely fulfillment

Rush Canada Series Coordination

  • Organize series schedules, registrations, and communications
  • Track race results and maintain accurate points standings
  • Communicate standings and updates to participants

Sales & GM Support

  • Support the General Manager with vehicle sales activities
  • Coordinate vehicle demos and test drives
  • Assist with lead qualification and customer follow-up

Driver Coaching (Asset)

  • Provide driver coaching and feedback

Required Qualifications

  • Direct experience in motorsports (racing, track days, driver coaching, or race team involvement)
  • Strong understanding of performance automotive parts, racing safety gear, and track tires
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-driven environments
  • Willingness to work weekends and travel for track and race events

Preferred Assets

  • Automotive or racing parts sales experience
  • Experience working in a performance shop or race team environment
  • Driver coaching or instructor background

Compensation

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus event-day compensation and performance-based incentives. Compensation will be aligned with experience and industry background.
