Behind every well-run agency is someone ensuring the financial and operational details are handled with precision. Trampoline is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Administration Coordinator ready to take ownership of accounting processes and office operations, working closely with the Controller to keep things accurate, efficient, and organized. If you're someone who values accuracy, consistency, and the satisfaction of knowing your work keeps an organization running smoothly, look no further.

About Trampoline

Trampoline is anything but an ordinary marketing communications agency. Our approach is personal, and long-standing partnerships are where we shine. When it comes to the work we create, our agency of diverse talents makes for an integrated powerhouse, with strategy, creativity, media and technology all coming together to connect our clients with their intended audience.

Based in Halifax, collaboration is one of the key values we hold close as we believe it creates the most powerful work while nurturing our overall wellness and growth. We have a beautiful, large, open space downtown and overlooking the Halifax harbour.

Our mantra is to be a force for positive change in the region. While we’re anchored to Nova Scotia, our mission extends beyond people and place. This positivity inspires us at every level. We’re proud of how we show up: in the office, in our community and beyond.

About the Role

  • Assist in preparing laptops for new hires.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including updating the HR Information System.
  • Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and service requests.
  • Provide general administrative support to the agency as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
