Administrative Assistant

What Will You Do at TPH?

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Operations Manager and provides administrative and clerical support to all staff, ensuring smooth business operations.

  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining workflows, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
  • Manage administrative tasks related to fleet maintenance, including scheduling and record-keeping
  • Support administrative functions related to the daily operations of TPH
  • Draft, format, and organize internal documentation in collaboration with the Operations Manager
  • Coordinate the onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of software platforms (e.g., CRMs, project management tools, productivity suites)
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for software support, access management, and usage monitoring
  • Liaise with outsourced IT providers for escalated technical issues or system integrations
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience is required
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or similar field is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced work environment
  • Fast typing skills and experience in data entry
  • Proficient computer skills - Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in a Construction-related field, and in Plumbing/Mechanical is an asset
