Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Red Deer, AB. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient store management. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory and sales, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Store Management experience
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in retail or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
