We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Director to join our leadership team and support the continued expansion of our beauty businesses and professional development programs. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who excels at building brands, leading campaigns, and mentoring others in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Who You Are

You are an experienced content creator and brand strategist with a passion for education and mentorship. You know how to craft compelling messages, build engagement, and drive results across multiple platforms. You thrive in creative spaces, value collaboration, and bring clarity and leadership to every project.

Key Strengths

• Strategic marketing and sales planning
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for web, email, and social media
• Experience with campaign execution and content calendars
• Knowledge of website platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Confident presenting ideas and leading teams
• Enthusiastic about student mentorship and community growth
• Background in beauty, wellness, education, or personal development is a strong asset

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow student enrollment, service sales, and brand reach
• Create and manage content for digital platforms including website, social media, newsletters, and event promotion
• Collaborate with the founder on growth initiatives and special projects
• Lead student-facing campaigns and retail promotions
• Support in-person events, workshops, and campaigns with clarity and presence
• Mentor student leaders and contribute to a strong, engaged culture
