Job Summary and Scope
As a Digital Marketer at Show and Tell, you'll develop and execute digital marketing strategies that deliver measurably positive results for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients—from agricultural companies and healthcare organizations to educational institutions and local businesses.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Brand and Amplification, you'll translate business objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies, then see them through to execution. You'll create and manage multi-platform digital campaigns, recommend conversion-focused landing page approaches, and collaborate with the team on paid media planning and execution. A key part of this role involves tracking, reporting, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure our strategies remain data-driven and results-oriented.
This role offers variety and growth. You'll work on integrated marketing projects across multiple industries and channels, bringing strategic thinking and tactical expertise to every initiative. Supported by a collaborative team, you'll contribute to campaigns that span social media, search, display, and emerging digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
· Develop deep client understanding through stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover the strategic insights that drive high-value digital approaches.
· Create data-informed digital strategies that outline the tactical roadmap to achieve client goals, collaborating with team members on execution plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to improve results.
· Build and present performance reports that clearly communicate campaign effectiveness and ROI to clients, translating metrics into actionable insights.
· Analyze data from GA4, ad platforms, and marketing automation tools to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic recommendations for the Strategic Marketing team.
· Create compelling written content and visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design tools, adapting creative approaches based on platform requirements and performance data.
· Apply an AI-forward mentality to daily workflows, actively testing new AI tools for campaign planning, performance monitoring, reporting automation, and insight generation—both for internal operations and client initiatives.
· Assist with other tasks or special projects as requested.
Who You Are
· You have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven results managing multi-channel campaigns.
· You're an exceptional communicator—both written and verbal—capable of distilling complex technical information into clear, compelling communications that drive action across stakeholder levels.
· You have experience planning and executing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google ad platforms. Experience with Spotify’s digital ad platform advertising is an asset, but not required.
· You're proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), GA4, and native reporting tools within ad managers.
· You're proficient with creative tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable creating eye-catching ad assets, social graphics, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
· You have strong technical chops with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—you can build data models, create compelling presentations, and document strategies with precision.
· You're AI-curious and AI-capable, actively exploring how AI tools can enhance your work.
· You're relentlessly curious and won't stop until you find the answer or solution—you're a fast learner who adapts quickly to new platforms and industries.
· You're passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow your expertise.
