This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across technical and operational disciplines to enhance operational efficiency and productivity through technological innovation. This role will lead individual and team initiatives/projects and act as a thought partner for the OT leadership team strategy development. What Will You Do?Post-Deployment Support (40%)
- Engage with OT customers regularly to represent exceptional customer service and support.
- Provide hypercare support following the implementation of Operations Technology projects.
- Track and evaluate Integrated Operations Center KPIs and leading indicators.
- Track delivered project performance measures, identify opportunities requiring reinforcement or reengagement.
- Establish and execute pre- and post-delivery value audit processes for Operations Technology.
- Assess and create training requirements and technical training content including standard operations procedure for OT delivered projects.
- Support effective delivery of OT related training.
- Work with internal Mosaic stakeholders to develop certifications and curriculum related to OT projects and standards.
Project/Initiative Management (40%)
- Lead OT opportunity identification, business case development, execution and performance of complex multi-disciplinary projects.
- Work directly with multi-disciplinary business customers for project/initiative charter and scoping; Translate non-technical user stories into tactical technical requirements and plans.
- Support effective project change management through scoping, implementation and handover of critical initiatives to the operational and functional teams.
- Support OT department opportunity intake, review, and prioritization processes.
- Evaluate business impact and identify effective measurable specific KPIs and metrics related to individual OT projects/initiatives.
- Manage cadence of team and customer coordination and update meetings.
- Lead internal and external resources through full implementation.
- Demonstrate successful on-time on-scope delivery of OT commitments.
Reporting and Communication (10%)
- Create persuasive presentations as needed to advance OT initiatives and portfolio roadmap.
- Produce and provide regular portfolio updates for multiple internal stakeholders.
- Advance business-awareness and OT reputation through effective internal communications/shares.

- Required: Associate’s degree
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Experience
- 7+ years with Associate’s, or 5+ years with Bachelor’s in IT, systems analysis, or data historian systems
Skills & Knowledge
- Required: Project management, Data Historian Systems
- Preferred: Industrial or mining/chemical operations experience, Applied data science, IOC design and implementation
