Senior Project Manager – Commercial Glazing

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile commercial glazing and façade projects. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking full ownership of projects, and has a strong track record within the glazing or façade industry.

You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects where your technical expertise, leadership, and commercial acumen will have a direct impact on outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the full lifecycle of commercial glazing and façade projects
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Managing budgets, cost control, and change orders
• Overseeing schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Resolving site and technical challenges to keep projects on track
• Driving quality, safety, and compliance across all project phases
• Leading and supporting project teams to deliver high-performance results
• Providing clear updates to senior leadership on progress and risks

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering commercial glazing / façade projects (essential)
• Strong background in construction project management within the building envelope sector
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value projects
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project financials
• Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and HSE standards
• A proactive, hands-on leader who can take full ownership and drive results
