We’re looking for a Senior Financial Planner in the financial services industry. Our client is a well-established, top-tier firm known for delivering thoughtful, client-focused financial strategies and building long-term relationships based on trust. The Senior Financial Planner will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning advice to a diverse client base, helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.

Senior Financial Planner responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized financial plans tailored to client goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Provide strategic advice on investments, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate considerations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
  • Identify opportunities to grow and deepen client relationships
  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed

The successful candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
  • CFP designation required
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver comprehensive, client-focused financial advice
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a positive team culture

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary range is $150,000 – $200,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Comprehensive benefits package
