Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent at The Align Group - eXp Realty. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for customer service, real estate sales. Daily tasks include, prospecting, client interactions, property showings, negotiations, and transaction management. This is a commission payment and requires Valid Residential Trading License from BCFSA

Qualifications

• Coachable and team player
• Collaborative and Skilled in sales and Real Estate industry
• BC Real Estate License by BCFSA and Experience in Real Estate
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Property and Market Trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in eXp Realty is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is beneficial
