Role: Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Location: Montreal, Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Salary: Up to $110K base

What You’ll Do:
As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll play a central role in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions. Your work will directly influence business efficiency and project success. Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to D365 F&O ERP evolution and other application solutions.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers.
- Understanding business context and the impact of projects on organizational processes.
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business needs for internal stakeholders.
- Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities aligned with best practices.
- Translating requirements into functional and technical models for development teams.
- Coordinating testing, user training, and solution stabilization.
- Supporting continuous improvement and strategic IT planning initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Education: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Financial Systems Analyst. E-commerce experience is an asset.
- ERP Expertise: Proficient in D365 F&O financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Consolidations, Project Management & Accounting. Knowledge of Financial Report Add-in (MR) a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, customer-focused, detail-oriented, structured, and collaborative. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
