Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB for a dynamic Global Human Resources Manager. The Global HR Manager will be responsible for shaping and managing HR strategies and operations that align with the company’s global goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and practices, overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and driving initiatives focused on employee development and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing HR in a global, multi country environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
- Knowledge of local and international labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications like SHRM or CIPD are a plus)
- Experience working in global organizations with multi-cultural teams and managing cross-functional HR operations is required
