HVAC Technician

About The Role Our client is a leading home comfort provider across Canada, known for exceptional service, strong team culture, and long-term career growth. They are currently hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join their expanding residential team. You'll handle on-site installation, maintenance, and service of HVAC equipment while delivering a 5-star customer experience. What You'll Do

• Install, service, and maintain residential HVAC equipment (furnaces, central & ductless AC, boilers, tank & tankless water heaters).
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and commissioning in accordance with TSSA and municipal codes.
• Educate customers on maintenance and recommend system upgrades.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
• Ensure safe work practices and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years recent experience in HVAC service or installation.
• Residential A/C License (Journeyman or Red Seal).
• Gas Fitter 2 (asset).
• Valid driver's license + clean record.
• Strong technical skills, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Ability to generate leads and support CPP enrollments.
